This policy explains which personal data clara-tauson.com (Clara Tauson Tennis) processes, why and for how long, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act. The site has no user accounts, comments or newsletter, so we process very little information about you.

Anonymous visit statistics without cookies
To see which pages are read, we count visits with our own visit counter on our own server. It records, for example, which page is shown and how far it is read. The counter sets no cookies, does not store your IP address and uses no information that can identify you. We use no third-party analytics and no advertising cookies, and we do not share the statistics with anyone. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Technical log files
As on every website, the web server automatically records technical information sent by your browser: IP address, time, the page requested, the referring page, and browser and operating system. This is used only to deliver the site, protect it against attacks and abuse and fix errors. Log files are kept for a limited period and then deleted, unless an entry is needed to investigate a security incident. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Live scores, match data and predictions
Live scores, results, schedules and predictions are loaded from our own server. We fetch data from the WTA and other data sources on the server side, so no information about you is sent to them when you read the site.
Clicks on partner links
Links to our partner go through an internal redirect starting with /go/. Once the partner link is active, a click is recorded in our own click system with the time, the page you came from and technical details such as browser type and country, derived from the IP address. This is used to count clicks and to show the partner that a customer came from us. On the partner’s site, the partner’s own privacy and cookie policy applies. See also our affiliate disclosure.
When you write to us
If you e-mail us, we use your address and message only to reply to you. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then delete it, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You have the right of access to the data we process about you and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Write to info@clara-tauson.com; we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
Children and changes
The site is not aimed at children, and betting content is for adults aged 18 and over only. We update this policy when the site or the law changes; the date at the top shows the current version. See also our cookie policy.
