Clara Tauson Odds and Predictions

Who wins the next WTA matches? Win chances from our prediction model and a sober look at Clara Tauson’s form.

Updated 25 October 2026 ·

There are no Clara Tauson odds right now: she has ended her 2026 season because of injuries and will not play again before 2027, so bookmakers have no matches of hers to price. Until she returns, our prediction model shows win chances for other matches on the WTA Tour. Below we explain how to read the percentages, what will decide her matches after the comeback and why no prediction is ever a guarantee. This page is for adults aged 18 and over only.

WTA predictions from our model

The predictions appear here as soon as our model publishes the next WTA matches.

The overview shows our model’s win chances, in per cent, for upcoming matches on the WTA Tour. The model is statistical and built on official WTA match data; it is updated continuously, and you can see in the overview how often it has been right. Clara Tauson will only appear here once she is in a draw again.

Clara Tauson has ended her 2026 season because of injuries, and her first tournament of 2027 has not been announced yet. The first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open, is played on 17–31 January 2027.

A percentage is an estimate, not a promise. A player with a 70 per cent chance still loses roughly three out of ten such matches. Tennis has only two outcomes and tight margins, and a single break in a deciding set can turn everything around.

How to read the win chances

The model’s numbers are probabilities: how often would the player win if the same match were played many times? In Denmark bookmakers show decimal odds, and the two can be converted into each other. Divide 1 by the probability to get “fair” odds without the bookmaker’s margin, or divide 1 by the odds to get the probability they imply.

The examples are purely hypothetical and not about any particular match: odds of 1.80 mean that a stake of 100 kr. returns 180 kr. if the bet wins – a profit of 80 kr. If it loses, the whole stake is gone.

Hypothetical win chances and the odds they correspond to without a margin
Win chanceOdds without margin (1 ÷ chance)Return on 100 kr.
80%1.25125 kr.
60%1.67167 kr.
50%2.00200 kr.
40%2.50250 kr.
25%4.00400 kr.

The bookmaker’s margin

Add up the probabilities implied by a bookmaker’s odds on both players and you always get more than 100 per cent. A hypothetical example: player A at 1.70 (58.8 per cent) and player B at 2.10 (47.6 per cent) add up to 106.4 per cent, and the excess is the bookmaker’s built-in edge. That is why bettors lose money on average over time – and why a gap between our model and the odds is never a sign of a sure thing.

Clara Tauson odds: why there are none right now

Most recently she lost to Marie Bouzkova 1-6, 0-2 (retired) in round 1 of the Wuhan Open (12 October 2026). Clara Tauson ended her 2026 season on 14 October after a calf injury in Wuhan. Two days after retiring in Wuhan she withdrew from Osaka and Tokyo, and according to her statement of 14 October 2026 she will spend the rest of the year on rehabilitation and fitness training – and on her first proper holiday in ten years.

She finished the 2026 season with a 16–23 win-loss record. She is ranked No. 54 in the WTA rankings (as of 19 October 2026), and her career high is No. 12 from 8 September 2025. As long as no tournament with her in it has been announced, there are no match odds on her either. We follow the news on the page about Clara Tauson’s next match.

What will decide her matches when she returns

Nobody knows how she will play in her first matches of 2027, but a few factors will matter a great deal to our model and to the bookmakers alike:

  • Fitness after the injuries. On 22 May 2026 she told TV 2 that she has two herniated discs in her back – a chronic problem that will not be operated on. In 2026 she retired in Miami, Rome and Wuhan, the last time with a calf injury. How her body copes over three sets is the first thing everyone will watch.
  • Serve and movement. TV 2 expert Peter Bastiansen said on 15 October 2026 that her serve had declined and her movement had been restricted. Her game is built on aggressive groundstrokes, with the forehand as her main weapon, so she needs to get into position early.
  • Surface. According to WTA data she went 26-14 on hard courts in 2025, 6-3 on grass and 4-5 on clay. In 2026 it was 14-16 on hard, 2-4 on grass and 0-3 on clay. All three of her WTA titles came on hard courts: Lyon and Luxembourg indoors, Auckland outdoors.
  • Ranking and draw. Outside the top 32 she is unseeded at the Grand Slams and can meet a top player in round 1.
  • The opponent. She has beaten both Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Świątek but is 0-4 against Mirra Andreeva. The full list is on the Clara Tauson head-to-head page, and career numbers are in Clara Tauson’s stats.

Long-term bets: will Clara Tauson become No. 1?

Some people search for a bet on Clara Tauson becoming world No. 1 or winning a Grand Slam. These are long-term (outright) bets: the result is only settled after months or years – a tournament win, a year-end ranking or the top spot. Your money is tied up the whole time, injuries and withdrawals can change everything, and the margin is often larger than on single matches.

Look at it soberly: her career high is No. 12, and in 2027 she first has to find her way back after an injury-hit season. Nobody can predict whether she will ever reach No. 1, and a bet on it is a long shot, not an investment.

Where can I find Clara Tauson odds?

Nowhere at the moment, because she has ended her 2026 season and her first tournament of 2027 has not been announced. Once she is in a draw, we show our model’s win chances in per cent. Bookmakers’ odds are only available from operators licensed by the Danish Gambling Authority.

When does Clara Tauson play again?

Clara Tauson has ended her 2026 season because of injuries, and her first tournament of 2027 has not been announced yet. The first Grand Slam of the year, the Australian Open, is played on 17–31 January 2027.

Can you bet on Clara Tauson becoming world No. 1?

Some bookmakers offer long-term bets on rankings or tournament winners. They are settled only after a long time, and injuries can change everything. Her career high is No. 12 (8 September 2025), and nobody can predict whether she will reach the very top.

What do odds of 2.00 mean?

Odds of 2.00 mean that a stake of 100 kr. returns 200 kr. if the bet wins, and that the chance before the bookmaker’s margin is about 50 per cent. The example is hypothetical.

Why is Clara Tauson not in the predictions?

The model only covers matches that are on the schedule. Clara Tauson ended her 2026 season on 14 October after a calf injury in Wuhan, so she will only appear again once she has entered and been drawn for a match in 2027.

Does Clara Tauson endorse betting on her matches?

No. Clara Tauson has no connection to this site, our predictions or our partner. Clara Tauson Tennis is an independent fan and information site.
