Cookie Policy

Which cookies this site uses – and how to control them.

This page explains which cookies and similar technologies clara-tauson.com (Clara Tauson Tennis) uses and how you can control them yourself. In short: the site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, which is why we show no cookie banner asking for your consent.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They can remember settings, keep a site secure or – in the case of analytics and advertising cookies – follow you across websites. Similar technologies include local storage in the browser and tracking pixels. Under Danish rules, cookies that are not strictly necessary require your consent.

Cookies on clara-tauson.com

As an ordinary reader you receive no cookies that recognise you, measure your behaviour or are used for targeted ads. Our visit statistics are anonymous, run on our own server and work entirely without cookies; they do not store your IP address either. We use no third-party analytics such as Google Analytics and no ad networks.

Technical cookies for editors

The site runs on WordPress. When an editor logs in to edit the site, WordPress sets technical cookies that keep the editor logged in and protect against misuse. They apply only to logged-in editors, not to readers, and are not used for marketing.

When you leave the site

If you click a link to another website – for example the WTA, a TV channel or our partner, labelled “Annonce” – you leave our site. The site you land on may set its own cookies under its own cookie policy, which we have no control over. How partner links work is explained in our privacy policy.

How to delete or block cookies

You can always view, delete and block cookies in your browser:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies or Delete browsing data.
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy (on iPhone: Settings → Safari).
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

If you block all cookies, some websites may work less well, but our pages can be read in full without them.

Changes and contact

If we ever start using cookies that require consent, we will update this page and ask for your consent before they are set. Questions can be sent to info@clara-tauson.com or via the contact page. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
